We loved the hotel's central location in the heart of the city and its close proximity to the train station. Being on the river, it offered fantastic views of this vibrant city. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing us with a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a refreshing swimming pool. Additionally, the staff at breakfast were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Helpful staff, perfectly located. Proximity to Jiangbei Catholic Church, it was only 1 mile away. Gulou subway stop is just a walk down to the place, some 20 minutes on foot❤

Cost was much higher than many other comparable 5 star hotels in Ningbo at this time. Thus, changed hotels after first night.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to the train station and within easy reach of all the main sights in the city center. The cafe downstairs offers a variety of options including western and Asian cuisine. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities, while the bathrooms are clean and spacious. The service is impeccable, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the view of the river from the room adds to the overall experience.

The hotel staff's level of English could be improved to better cater to international guests.

Great location in the heart of the city and amazing river view from the room. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests during our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The executive lounge could have been better maintained, and the language barrier made it challenging to communicate with some of the staff. However, these were minor issues that did not detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Great hotel with amazing river views and location!

My stay at this hotel was really amazing! the rooms were fantastic, with the beds being so comfortable and cozy. the gym had plenty of cardio machines. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to the city's attractions. The river views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming.

While the hotel was excellent in many ways, I felt that the breakfast could have had more variety in its offerings. It was quite limited for the price.

Luxurious amenities, gorgeous location

From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered with exclusive amenities and impeccable service. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Indoor swimming pool were my favourite, and the heated pool was exceptionally relaxing. The in-room breakfast was scrumptious, and the Bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Moreover, the staff was highly trained and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

The only minor issue I experienced was the language barrier. The staff did their best, and their English was commendable, but it was still sometimes difficult to communicate.

The bar/lounge area was cozy, offering delicious cocktails. The location advantages were impressive, as it was close to the train station and within walking distance of shopping and dining areas.

We only encountered one minor issue during our stay. The outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which as we had planned to enjoy it.

We had a lovely stay at this central, comfortable, and friendly hotel. The executive lounge provided great views and delicious food. Tiffany from the staff was outstanding and helpful. Our room on the 38th floor had fantastic views over Ningbo city center. The breakfast selection was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ningbo!
